Longhaul Refund Policy
Effective date: 15 October 2026
Try first, then pay
Every new account gets a 7-day free trial, once. Use it to make sure Longhaul works for you. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
After a payment
Payments are not refunded. When you cancel, the subscription does not renew, and you keep access until the end of the month or year you paid for. Switching between monthly and yearly in the Customer Portal follows what the portal shows before you confirm.
Exceptions
- Our mistakes. A duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge for the wrong amount is refunded in full.
- Your legal rights. Where the law gives you a right to cancel and get money back, that right applies, and nothing in this policy limits it. See "Consumers in the EU and the UK" below.
- Link and Stripe. Payments are made to Link (Stripe Managed Payments), which may grant a refund under its own terms.
- If we stop the service, we refund any period you paid for but cannot use (Terms of Service, section 8).
Consumers in the EU and the UK
You can withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of starting it (the day your trial starts), without giving a reason. Withdrawing during the free trial costs nothing. If you withdraw after your first payment, it is refunded, less a share for the paid days already provided at your request.
To withdraw, tell us clearly, for example with this sentence: "I withdraw from my Longhaul subscription", with your account's email address and the date you started. Send it to support@uselonghaul.com, or ask Link support, giving "cooling-off period" as the reason.
How to ask
Email support@uselonghaul.com from your account's email address and say which charge you mean. We answer within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
